I have absolutely no excuses for this. 56. kg. I officially gained a kilogram. This is not a tragedy but I am not happy about it at all. I need laxatives today. I need to sneak out and buy some. I feel so full and disgusting.
At the end of the month it will be 55 again. I promise.
